About the Event
We are going to be hosting the Town's 80th VE Day Commemoration Celebrations. They will be starting with a peel the church bells at 6.30pm. The choir will be combining with St Peters and will be singing and John playing the organ. A VE day display will be in church, and we will be doing Doves of Peace 'flying' in the nave. We will be serving refreshments to visitors.
There will be a Beacon lighting at around 8.00pm.
