Friends of Holy Trinity
March 2020: The Friends of Holy Trinity 2019/20 season of concerts and events has been cancelled in light of the coronavirus pandemic. We hope to announce the 2020/21 season later in the year. Please do continue to support us when we get back up and running.
Concerts and events
Our aim is to deliver an inspiring and engaging programme of events to ensure that Holy Trinity Parish Church remains at the very heart of the Sutton Coldfield community. Our fundraising and Friends membership aims strictly to sustain and enhance this historic building.
You’ll probably see our concerts and events publicised around Sutton Coldfield and wider. We hope you’ll come along and enjoy them.
Our fabulous 2019/20 season begins on Saturday 5th October – click the button below, or follow the menu above for details of the concerts and events.

Your chance to be recorded in our history!
The long-awaited new history of Holy Trinity is scheduled for publication by The History Press in June 2020.
Forms are now available for congregation members and friends to buy a copy in advance at a reduced price (25% off RRP). Purchasers may also have their name added to a page in the book for well-wishers or to add the name of a family member who has passed away, as part of a separate list “in memoriam”.
Completed forms will need to be returned, with full payment, by the 29th February 2020. We hope you appreciate that, in order to avoid mistakes, orders can only be accepted on the official order form with payment by cheque or cash, as stated there.
Our Patron – Rt Hon Andrew Mitchell MP
“I am delighted to be Patron of the Friends of Holy Trinity Parish Church. For over 700 years this building has served the people of Sutton Coldfield. It remains an intrinsic part of our Town’s community life hosting major occasions such as the annual Remembrance Service and our Town’s Civic Service each year, as well as its significance as the final resting place of Bishop Vesey. I support the Friends in their objectives of presenting a programme of events and concerts which it is hoped will raise essential funds to preserve and improve the building for future generations.”
