What happens in the Creche?

Holy Trinity welcomes people of all ages and we hope we have something to offer to all who walk through our doors. This week our crèche leader, Andrea, has written a short blog to let you know what we have available for families with young children on a Sunday morning:

Holy Trinity has an area at the back of the church which provides a safe and enjoyable place for children under four. Each Sunday, during the 10am service, a crèche leader is on duty to welcome and help parents and children access the equipment. Since the crèche is in the main body of the church, the whole family are able to be a part of the service.

During the service there is a special time for the children to play an instrument and sing. We have a good selection of books, jigsaws and soft toys. Some members of the congregation have knitted a Noah’s Ark for the children. We provide colouring activities linked to the Bible reading and simple games.

We hope that we have provided a welcoming space where parents and children can feel relaxed but still feel part of the congregation. Come and join us!
