Charges 2008
Friday Night Charity Fundraiser Tariff 2008 Trinity Suite or Longman Room For a period of Six hours (from 5.00-11.00pm) £75.00 Additional preparation time before the event will be charged at £11.00 per hour or part thereof by arrangement. Additional time is not always possible due to earlier bookings during the day. Use of Kitchen for self catering purposes £35.00 N.B. PLEASE NOTE THE FOLLOWING There is no charge for the kitchen if caterers from our list are used. The premises and clearing MUST be completed by 11.00 p.m. All equipment to be removed on Friday night unless prior arrangement has been made. Effective from 01.01.2008 Return to top of page Wedding Reception Tariff Trinity Suite For a period of ten hours (or part thereof) £530 Additional preparation time before the event will be charged at £53.00 per hour or part thereof. Longman Room For a period of ten hours (or part thereof) £325 Additional preparation time before the event will be charged at £32.50 per hour or part thereof. Trinity Suite And Longman Room Taken Together For a period of ten hours (or part thereof) £745 Additional preparation time before the event will be charged at £74.50 per hour or part thereof. Use of Kitchen for self catering purposes £1.00 per head Corkage £55 Space for the provision of a bar £55 N.B. PLEASE NOTE THE FOLLOWING There is no charge for the kitchen if caterers from our list are used. For all functions a deposit of £75 is required to cover breakages, damage and cleaning. For self catering functions a further deposit of £45 is required to ensure the cleanliness of the kitchen. It will be necessary for a named person other than a member of the bridal party to be responsible for ensuring that all guests, caterers, bar staff and entertainment artists have vacated the premises with all personal property by the agreed time. The premises and clearing MUST be completed by 11.00 p.m. All equipment to be removed on Saturday night unless prior arrangement has been made.
